On the afternoon of December 21, 2017, Swan Aluminum Co., Ltd. workshop staff (driving operation) skill competition kicked off in the extrusion workshop. It aims to comprehensively consolidate the comprehensive management of the workshop, strengthen the staff's mastery of lean production and safe production, improve the operation level of the staff's process skills, enhance the staff's skill level, and thus improve the company's production level.

Three employees who are skilled in driving operation are selected from each workshop to participate in the company's (driving operation) skill competition on behalf of the workshop. Everyone participated in the competition enthusiastically and interacted actively. The atmosphere of the whole competition was enthusiastic. The employees of the packaging workshop also specially rehearsed an opening dance to cheer the employees participating in the competition and promote the atmosphere of the competition to a climax.

The top three were decided in this competition. They were Mai Yangyang from the transit warehouse, Zhang Fengshou from the transit warehouse, and Zhao Yu from the extrusion workshop. After the competition, the chief technical engineer Sun Guangqi put forward pertinent suggestions and opinions on the competition, affirmed everyone's skillful operation skills, and briefly summarized the competition.
